Simply browse our collection at www.jcqshop.com, select your item, size, and color, then proceed to checkout.
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email within minutes.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options.
All payments are encrypted and processed through trusted partners. JCQ does not store or access your card information.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to adjust or cancel your order, please contact support@jcqshop.com as soon as possible.
We can only make changes before your order has been processed and shipped.

We ship throughout Germany, across the European Union, and to select international destinations.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on location:
Germany: 2–5 business days
EU countries: 5–10 business days
International: 5–14 business days

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by region.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it’s unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, simply return it for a refund and place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Will you restock sold-out items?
Some pieces may be restocked, but others — especially Limited Drops — will not.
