Refund and Returns Policy

At JCQ, we take pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that define our collections. Each piece is created to represent our belief in refined minimalism and quiet confidence. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and labels.

  • Be returned in the same condition as received.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments or socks.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Limited Edition.

  • Gift cards or promotional products.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return (optional but helpful)

Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions and the return shipping address.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will cover the original purchase price of the product but exclude original shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the desired product or size.


7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@jcqshop.com with photos of the issue.
We will prioritize your case and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account or PayPal balance again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take time before the refund is officially posted).

  3. If you still have not received your refund, reach out to us at support@jcqshop.com.


9. International Returns

If returning from outside Germany, please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” to avoid customs charges.
We are not responsible for duties or import fees charged on returned items.


10. Policy Integrity

JCQ reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
